At Lita Stays, we believe accommodation can do more than provide a comfortable place to stay, it can also help support the communities around the homes we manage.
Recently, Bedford Borough Council has faced financial challenges that have resulted in budget reductions affecting some local schools and the resources available to them. After learning more about the impact this can have on children, families, and teachers, we felt it was important to find a way to contribute and give back to our community.
We strongly believe that investing in our children is one of the most important investments we can make for the future.
As a result, we launched our "Stay and Support" initiative, where 5% of revenue from direct bookings on the properties we manage is donated to support local schools.
Our initiative has already been confirmed with one local school, and we are currently exploring ways to expand this support to other schools in the area that may also be affected by budget reductions.
By booking directly with Lita Stays, guests are not only enjoying comfortable accommodation in Bedford, they are also helping support local education, families, and the wider community.
