Our History
Lita Stays Ltd was born from our love for technology, property, and people. As consultants, we saw first-hand how difficult it can be for companies to find quality accommodation for their teams. Long placements in cramped hotel rooms, scattered bookings across multiple sites, and no single point of contact made what should be simple feel impossible. We knew there was a better way. So we built it. A business that brings together our passions for technology, property, community, and people to make accommodating contractors and workforces in Bedford effortless, while staying true to what matters most: family.At the heart of everything we do is a simple idea: Family first, in business, in life, and in the communities we serve.

Our mission is to create a business that supports families, strengthens communities, and provides trusted, high-quality property solutions for landlords, companies, and professionals. We aim to combine our love for property, technology, and people to make life easier, more flexible, and more fulfilling for everyone we work with, while also giving back to the communities that our homes are part of.Supporting Our Community
We strongly believe that investing in our children and supporting local communities is one of the most important investments we can make. That's why we launched our "Stay With Purpose" initiative, where 5% from profit made from direct bookings on the properties we manage is donated to a local schools. This initiative currently supports Sheerhatch Primary School and we are exploring expanding it to other local schools affected by budget cuts.Through this initiative, we aim to help children, families, and the wider community, making every stay with Lita Stays contribute to a positive impact in Bedford.
